Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms are between you and Computomatic, 2727 Spring St, Port Moody, BC, V3H 0H3, Canada ("we", "us"), and cover your use of A Billion Agents, including our apps and websites. By signing in or using it, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The service
A Billion Agents provides AI agents that act for you, using the tools, accounts and services you choose. The agents run on AI models from other companies, and what they write or do can be wrong. We change the service from time to time.
Your account
You must be at least 18. Give an accurate email address, keep your password and the accounts you sign in with to yourself, and tell us at once if someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What you ask your agents to do
An agent acts on your instructions and with the access you give it, such as the accounts, credentials and services you connect or hand to it. You are responsible for your instructions, for what your agents do with that access, and for having the right to use what you connect. Check an agent's work before you rely on it, and read what an agent asks you to approve before you approve it. Do not give an agent credentials or data you are not permitted to share.
Acceptable use
You will not use the service, or have an agent use it, to:
- break the law, or infringe or violate anyone's rights;
- send spam, run scams, harass anyone, or build or spread malware;
- attack, scan or overload another party's systems, or get around a site's protections or rules;
- mine cryptocurrency, or otherwise use agents' computers for anything but your own work;
- generate content that the models' providers prohibit, or try to get around their safeguards;
- probe, disrupt or reverse engineer our service, or use it to build a competing product.
If you do, we may stop the work, remove the content or end your account.
Fair use
You may not abuse the service, use it in a way that harms or degrades it for other people, or use it against its intended purpose. That includes using it in a way that costs us more to provide than you pay for it and that we judge unsustainable. Examples are finding a way around limits, metering or payment, using agents to run work unrelated to what the service is for, and automated use designed to consume resources.
We decide what counts, at our reasonable discretion. We may limit, suspend or stop the work, change what your account can do, or close the account. We will give you notice where we reasonably can, and we may act without notice where the use is harming the service or other people.
If we close an account under this section, we do not refund unused paid time, except where the law requires. The refund described under Payment covers a change to the service's features that leaves us unable to provide what you paid for, not this case.
Payment
Pricing, plans, allowances, how time or usage is measured, whether anything expires, payment methods and automatic payments are all current experiments. We have full discretion to set and change them, and we show them in the app when you buy or turn something on.
- Paid features are charged as the app shows at the time you buy or use them.
- Free allowances, where we offer them, are as the app shows, and may change.
- Automatic payments, where we offer them, charge your saved payment method on the terms shown when you turn them on, until you turn them off. You can turn them off at any time.
- App-store purchases are also governed by the store's own terms, and the store handles their payment and any refund under them.
- Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax or similar charges unless the app says so. Where we are required to collect them, we will.
- Refunds. If a change to the service's features means we can no longer provide what you paid for, you can ask for a refund by emailing hello@abillionagents.com. Otherwise, purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires. We cannot refund App Store purchases, so requests for those must be made to Apple.
- An unpaid balance, such as one left when a payment is reversed after you have used what it bought, is owed to us. We may stop providing paid features until it is paid.
Your content
What you write and attach, and what your agents make for you, is yours. You give us the right to store, process and use it to provide, secure and improve the service, and to share it with our providers, as the Privacy Policy describes. That policy also says what we will never do with it. You confirm that you have the right to give us what you upload.
Availability
We work to keep A Billion Agents running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that it will keep your data. We may change, limit or stop features, with notice where we reasonably can.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Agents make mistakes. We are not responsible for what an agent does on your instructions, or for decisions you make from its output. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us, in US dollars, in the twelve months before the claim, and US$100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time, delete your agents in the app, and ask us to delete your account at hello@abillionagents.com. We may suspend or end your account if you breach these terms, including the acceptable use and fair use sections, or if the law or one of our providers requires it. Ending an account does not by itself refund anything you paid, except where the law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and before a change that matters to you applies, we tell you in the app or by email. If you use the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to their conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them belongs in the courts of British Columbia.
